Troy Armstrong was born and raised in Northern Colorado, and graduated from Colorado State University in 1987 with a B.S. in Industrial/Construction Management. After graduating, Troy spent the next 14 years in the commercial construction industry managing a wide array of projects including office buildings, clean room manufacturing, industrial, high rise construction, schools, grocery stores, and medical facilities.

Having an interest in real estate, Troy began purchasing and managing real estate investment properties in 1991.

In 2000, Troy branched out into residential and commercial land development, as well as construction, and real estate investing.

Understanding the development, construction, investment, and 1031 exchange aspects of real estate allows Troy to help his clients fully understand the implications and/or benefits of a specific real estate transaction.
