Todd Williams received his B. S. in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 1994 and a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering in 1996 from Colorado State within the Water Resource Planning and Management Program. After graduating from Colorado State, Todd spent over seven years at the City of Greeley Water Department as a Water Resource Engineer and ultimately as a Water Resource Manager focusing on the operation and planning of Greeley's complex water system. After leaving Greeley, Todd spent a short time working for the City of Aurora as the Deputy Director of Water Resources overseeing the operation and planning of Aurora's water system prior to pursuing other career opportunities.

After receiving his real estate license in 2006, Todd has been utilizing his knowledge of water rights, river basins, water resource systems and the managers of regional water providers to provide WMG clients insight into water resource options and craft transactions which meet their specific needs.

In addition to water transactions, Todd also provides commercial real estate services for a portion of the 2534 Project at the southeast corner of Interstate 25 and Highway 34 in Johnstown, Colorado.
