James Vetting received his B. S. in Business Marketing from Colorado State University in 1969. After few years of working in small business, James purchased a farm and onion operation in Greeley, Colorado. For the next 28 years, he worked exclusively on the sales and marketing of a specialty crop grown on site. He made a career transition in 1999 and became a licensed Realtor.

The experience James built while farming and running a small business has proved a valuable asset to the WMG commercial clients he works with today. He prides himself in offering each of his clients a high degree of individual attention regardless of the size or scope of the transaction.

James is also a member of the Denver Metro Commercial association of Realtors (DMCAR), Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR) and a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM). He received his CCIM designation in 2003.

James has also been an active community volunteer throughout the years; He shares his time and knowledge by serving on a local water board and on the construction and outlet store committees of Greeley Habitat for Humanity.
