During the summer of 2008 a complete facelift was done to the 1960's era 56,500 Square Foot Shopping Center located just south of the University of Northern Colorado on 11th Ave. In addition to the facelift and remodel a drive thru was added for the Credit Union of Colorado and all of the Tenants upgraded their storefront signage. The attention to detail and the modern color scheme has again made Hillside one of the outstanding retail areas of Greeley. In conjunction with the facelift Carl's Jr. has signed a long term lease and spent $250,000 remodeling their restaurant.

As a result of the remodel the center has been able to attract some new Tenants including Qdoba Mexican Grill, The UPS Store, Carlson's Tax Service, Northern Lights Lighting Showroom, and a Bank One ATM.
